According to the UN: “Cultural destruction does not suffice, nor does an intention to simply disperse a group.” These are there comments on the classification of genocide.

You can go to war without genocide. WWI was not German genocide even though the Treaty of Versailles destroyed the German way of life. Europeans did not go to war with Indigenous peoples because they are Indigenous. They did so for the land. You can argue whether are not they should, but to call it genocide is borderline unreasonable.

However, it is absolutely unreasonable to draw the conclusion from all of this that Matt Walsh supports genocide.
